Iffah
Copyright Notice
Effective date: 25 August 2026 · Version 1.0
Applies to the Iffah iOS application and the website at iffah.app
1. Ownership
All content on this website (iffah.app) and within the Iffah mobile application — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, app design, the “Light” visual system, and the overall look and feel — is the property of Abdulbaasit Sayed, trading as Iffah (“Iffah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), unless otherwise stated, and is protected by UK, US, and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
© 2026–present Abdulbaasit Sayed. All rights reserved.
2. Trademarks
“Iffah” and the Iffah logo are trademarks of Abdulbaasit Sayed. Other product and company names mentioned on this site may be trademarks of their respective owners, and their use does not imply endorsement.
3. Limited License to Use This Site
You may view, download, and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of this site or the app for commercial purposes
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
- Use our name, logo, screenshots, or app content in a way that implies our endorsement of another product or service
- Scrape, mine, or use automated tools to extract content from this site or the app
4. Religious and Third-Party Source Material
Iffah references and quotes the Qur’an and authenticated hadith to support its content. Qur’anic verses and hadith texts themselves are not owned by Iffah — they are cited for educational and spiritual benefit. Where a specific translation is used, the translator and edition are credited at the point of use. We take reasonable care to cite authenticated (sahih/hasan) hadith from recognised collections and welcome correction if an error is found — see Section 6.
Any third-party fonts, icons, illustrations, or music used on this site or in the app are licensed for that use and remain the property of their respective creators or licensors.
5. Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party websites (such as the App Store, social media, or referenced sources) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.
6. Reporting Infringement or Errors
If you believe content on this site or in the app infringes your copyright, or that a religious citation is inaccurately attributed, please contact us with:
- A description of the content in question and its location (URL or in-app location)
- Your contact information
- A brief statement of the basis for your claim
Contact: hello@iffah.app
We will review and respond to legitimate requests promptly, and correct any citation errors as a matter of priority given the religious material involved.
7. Changes to This Notice
We may update this copyright notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
